There is no point writing a negative review of a post office, like the DMV, we do not expect a pleasant experience when there is an issue. However, it makes me feel better.  Recently, a package was sent to me and had the prefix "C" in front of an apartment number - it was deemed un-deliverable, even though the apartment number is correct.  A day prior, the same post office delivered a package without a prefix.  Fine - so I went to the post office where I cannot even get a definitive answer about what happened to the package, did they send it back? if so, when? Is it in the back? I know that the USPS employees have no benefit to doing a good job as there is no positive or negative incentive.  Gosh - maybe for some own personal pride and dignity - make a slight effort to do your job.  The automated stamp machine has already taken away a big chunk of your work, why not make the effort to be valuable before the rest of he job is automated?

We never get our mail delivered in a timely manner or at the same time each day.   There was no delivery on Saturday because of the holiday and im waiting for very important mail.  It's after 6pm on Monday and still no mail delivery.  THIS IS VERY POOR SERVICE.

Absolutely horrible service.  We never receive our mail in a timely manner at our business park.  I am not sire if the Agoura office just sits on the mail, but it should not take 10 business days to receive mail delivered within the state of California.  Not to mention that yesterday out mail carrier switched everyones mail around.  Not one unit in our business park received their own mail.  The post office in Sun Valley is better, and that should say something.  This is not a tough job people!

I was told by Ebay that since CARRIER SCAN by my Postman was NOT done, that I am responsible that POST OFFICE didn't do their job even though I uploaded and printed out Ebay label and should make sure they do their job or should have chosen another carrier !  I had 3 packages in my mailbox going out July 5th 2017, packages were picked up and delivered in time, but since I didn't make sure post office do their CARRIER SCAN, my Ebay rating was under review as I uploaded tracking on time same day, but I didn't did not make sure this post man did HIS when he took it from my community HOA mailbox ? Why wasn't it scanned and why is it my fault as I previously trusted them ?
