I would give them 0 stars if possible. Twice at my work my shipping status has gone from "out for delivery" to "ready for pick up at usps facility" while someone is at the office all day. They did not even attempt to deliver it. At my home address, this has happened more than twice, I can't count anymore. I'll be home all day and there will never be a knock. One time at home, after multiple non-delivery attempts, I was listening very carefully for the delivery guy. I heard a little rustling outside the front door and found the delivery guy taping a notice on the door to pick it up at the facility without even knocking to try to give me the package! I pay for delivery so that I don't have to drive to pick it up! Kenner USPS fails completely. I couldn't be more unhappy.

If I could give zero stars I would. There is a 50/50 chance(that’s being generous) that I will actually get my mail! There has been countless times that I’ve tracked my packages and they show delivered but were never delivered. Then when I call to confront them that treat me like I’m lying. Or just lie to me. I’ve actually had them tell me the package was delivered to the wrong address. When I went to the address they delivered it to it was my neighbor and they had not gotten the package. The post office continued to denied wrong doing and refused to correct the issue. Three months later.... the package shows up in my mailbox! WTH this infuriates me! If the companies I order from gave me a choice I would never use USPS again. I think we should cut all funding so maybe people would work for their jobs!

All in one month they’ve lost my replacement credit card in the mail, lost a package, and delivered one of our packages to the wrong address. Stick to UPS or Fedex as much as you can because this USPS doesn’t care about your mail.

The worst USPS ever...while I lived in Kenner, this post office lost/mishandled packages at least twice a month, and I'm someone who orders a lot online. The mail carriers would leave a door tag saying you weren't home but in reality, they never even knocked to let you know they were around. I know because I stayed home to wait for a package once and still got a door tag. They don't honor re-delivery orders either. Once I went there to pick up a package and they magically "found" another one that had been missing for like a year. My guess is that they didn't actually look in the back, so it was actually available for pickup the whole time, but because someone sent it to me, I didn't have a tracking number to report it. Oh, and reporting missing stuff barely matters--the manager will call you late in the PM and leave a scripted "we're sorry" voicemail, but never return your callbacks or help you locate your stuff.
