I’d give a zero star if that was possible. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Went there with a package to ship and they wouldn’t tape the package. Told me that I needed to buy a whole roll of tape. Ridiculous. I ship stuff all the time and everywhere I go they always tape the package. In addition, I was reusing a package and it had the last label on it - they told me they couldn’t accept it. What?! Again, every other post office I went just used black marker to cross out the old label and made no big deal. I’m so mad right now.

I am absolutely shocked by the way I was treated at this location. My boyfriend bought me an iTunes gift card for my birthday and they did not activate it. He threw away the receipt before he gave it to me thinking everything would be okay. When I went to use the gift card I got the error code that it was not activated. We went back to this post office and I started speaking to the young woman about the situation. Before I finished explaining and before the employee I was talking to had a chance to speak, the old woman began accusing him of stealing the gift card and would not answer any further questions about how to resolve this. I’m extremely disappointed in how she handled this as it is unprofessional.

Terrible experience multiple times. I showed up for my passport appointment that I made weeks in advance and they had cancelled it but never reached out to me to let me know. Not only was the woman rude and surely to me about she was not willing to help me reschedule. Before this I also showed up to make another appointment to get my passport and was once again treated very rudely and with no help or assistance.

This place is a joke. I don't know who is running this place but this is probably the worst customer service I've ever received anywhere. Even before today every time I've gone there to mail a package or something else they're always super slow, rude, and not very helpful. Today was the Last straw though. I went in there for passport services (twice), still haven't gotten it taken care of. Employees are rude and seem miserable, employees were literally bickering and arguing with each other every time I've been there. 1st time I went there for my passport the short grumpy lady behind the counter acted like it was a ridiculous burden that I had come into to do my passport, even though I had scheduled it like a week ago. She told my Girl friend she needed an appointment to get her photo taken for her passport (even though it clearly says on their website no appointment is needed for photo services). she then told my girl friend she didn't know if she had time to take her picture (there were 5 other people in the office), she did it anyway... IT TOOK NO JOKE 2 MINUTES TO DO THE PHOTO, WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU DON'T HAVE TIME?! Then rudely gave us the envelope and money order and everything and told us move out of the way and fill out everything and get back in line, which we did, neither me nor my girl friends have applied for passports before so we weren't really exactly sure how to fill everything out (would have been nice to have some help, and not just brush us to the side). But my girl friend was able to get hers mailed and everything eventually, took about 45 minutes. They told me for what ever reason I would have to come back with my passport that I had from when I was 2 years old, to do my application... I'm 23 I don't know they told me that but whatever. So I made a 2nd appointment to come back. today, I work normal hours during the week so I had to come on my lunch break. I had an appointment for 1pm I get there 10 minutes early. after waiting in line for 5 minutes a lady behind the desk shouts over to me what are you here for and I tell her I'm here for my passport. she tells me I need to make an appointment online (doesn't even ask me if I have one). I tell her I have one for 1pm. She asked me for my name I tell her it, and she walks away. 5 minutes later she comes back with another lady, and tells me its her supervisor, and that she's going to assist me. So I step to the side with the supervisor she tells me that I don't have appointment in their book, I LITERALLY HAVE 3 EMAILS CONFIRMING MY APPOINTMENT. But then she tells me they're not doing passports any for the next couple weeks anyway. I ask why and the supervisor tells me she doesn't have a passport agent available. BUT THE SAME LADY WHO "HELPED" ME AND GIRLFRIEND THE WEEK BFORE IS RIGHT THERE BEHIND THE COUTNER. So ask the supervisor why she can't help me, because she helped me just last week with a passport, and she tells me she's not available. So I ask the supervisor the only reason you won't help with my passport today is because she's busy? She reply's yes so I leave. Waste of my Lunch break, and gas THANK YOU! Then if that wasn't enough I get a call an hour after my appointment I think by the same lady who was the supervisor there telling me my appointment was canceled for today! Wow I hate this place!

There are lots of people waiting to send their packages and their is only 1 person working. Very slow around lunch time on a Saturday. It is seems like the person really like to take their time with a person who who has a lot and not a lot of packages when they want to send it. I say "Welcome to the government who are incompetent of peoples' time"
