I've had 3 packages delivered to the wrong mailbox in the last year, that I have not been able to get back, or refunded for, because they say they WERE delivered (which they were, just not to me), and not insured. So I can't get my money back or my packages.

Don't send any packages from this place. Been a week and my package is still sitting in Chicago according to tracking. Yet they have no clue where it is. And of course no refund even though it's a week late add of now. What a joke.
