I live in the Hollywood Ridge subdivision, and our Post man "Mark" is the best of the best. its a pleasure to have, very concerning of the neighborhood.  PLEASE PLEASE MAKE HIM OUR PERMANENT POSTMAN

Typically good service except for one particular clerk. I don't know her name, but she is Asian. Whenever I see her at the counter, I turn around and leave because she always has an attitude. It's as if I'm bothering her by asking her to give me a receipt for prepaid postage that I've printed for my packages. If it wasn't for her I'd give this post office 5 stars because everyone else is so helpful and friendly.

i think they might not have a tech person working there. over the years we've had multiple problems with them involving getting information through certain USPS systems and/or payments made through the website. every time they would say that "the website/the program has been giving us problems lately". but again, this is years. 

And phone calls with the USPS main office have not only gone well, it's clear that the people from the main office are exasperated with these issues.

Anyways, always work with them directly, never over the internet. And if it's a service that requires them to use their systems, forget it. go to a different location.

I don't think they understand that the postal service is a 2 way service. They always leave my outgoing mail in the mailbox. Pathetic.
