This place is pretty good when it comes to pick up packages. They even help you if something goes wrong. I had a package that came from Japan and showed as received, when I went there they didnt have it because it was still in the post office car, they called the employee driving it and he was able to come back and deliver it to me.

Went to this post office a few times and so far have no problems here. The staff is friendly and professional. My packages are delivered in a timely manner.

Unprofessional customer service, I too was disrespected on an inquiry phone call with Barbera whom I see has been rude to many others. In addition Sean was disgustingly rude as well. Yelling at me on the phone, cutting me off when trying to respond. Very unhelpful, seems like they don't want to work there and hate their job, thus taking it out on callers. I'm genuinely shocked at the behavior from these professionals and particularly offended. They are providing a service for the residents in the surrounding areas. Really gives the area a black eye. If you can't be patient with people, if you can't present yourself as a professional you should find other work. I'm sure they get asked many of the same questions repeatedly, I'm sure maybe some callers are rude to them. However there is no justification to treat residents as these two do. It's clear to me that they are never reprimanded which is why they are so comfortable being rude to others.

If I can give this location Zero stars I surely would. Had a horrible experience with supervisor Barbara Garvey. Ridiculous attitude over the phone. If your not interested in being a decent person at work please leave your job others would appreciate it as well. It's very inconvenient that I had to experience your 0 star customer service. Be happy at least your employed. There are other options for employment out there. If your having a bad day learn how to leave it at home. That's all I suggest. Had to call back twice, was assisted by a very Sweet associate after a few call backs. If it wasn't for her actually going out of her way to help me find my package it would have been 1 star. That's only why I'm giving your location 2 stars.
