Today I place a call to the USPS located on Los Alamos Rd. In search of a package that was for UPS but was accidentally put in the USPS drop box. I spoke with an Agent that was very courteous to say the least. After taking my report I was told that that someone would get back to me in 48-72 hours. Because it was Saturday I was not expecting a call until the following week. However, I received a call within 5-10 minutes to let me know that the package was forwarded to UPS processing center.

I live between 3 post offices (equal distance) this by far is usually the best.

Postal employee offered to help me with the do it yourself kiosk. I needed to send a priority package to Dallas. He was rushing thru all the prompts. He printed the label slapped it on and gave me the receipt. Turns out it arrived to Dallas but was labeled Dead Mail because it had no street address to deliver to or my return address. He rushed thru it all only looked up the zipcode. Now I'm having to try to locate the package and hopefully get it to its original destination or summit a claim for it being lost. I knew he was going to fast, I should have asked to see the label before he took it!

Something is seriously wrong! There are a lot of people not getting there mail! Management needs to step in fast, before I go to the Mayor of Murrieta! I am sure there are hundreds of people feeling the same way! 😠

Put a vacation hold on my mail. Came home to find some mail in my box. Waited for my hold mail to be delivered. Never arrived. Called the post office, after 4 times of calling someone finally answered the phone. I was told the problem will be taken care of. 2 days later still no mail. I go to the post office to pick up my and they go to the back and come back with no mail. I said where is my mail? I was told we don't have it, there is nothing back there. Call a supervisor in the morning. So I called a supervisor and he told me he would talk to the mailman. Supervisor calls back and says he spoke to the driver and there is no mail in his truck for us. So, who knows where my weeks worth of mail is! I will NEVER place a vacation hold again. Worst experience ever.
