I had scheduled a pick up for a bunch of heavy boxes, but the USPS website was acting wonky. The next morning, mail had come but boxes hadn't been collected. I called the post office and they sent a supervisor and other employee to my house within 30 minutes to come personally load and take the boxes for me at no charge. Such friendly, helpful people and above and beyond service from a government entity. They deserve the 5 stars! Thank you.

So we accidentally dropped a ups package off at this location, but the lady at the counter said it would be fine that ups stops by regularly to pick up packages so here we are 1 month later no package no updates on tracking we have not received any help from any of the managers sounds like someone here steals packages. It was very obvious my package contained an expensive cell phone and poof! No more package somehow it has just disappeared, so I will say this anyone needing to use their service beware they might steal your package too!!!!

It was so sad to see one of the staff members NOT help a senior lady. The postal service employee was covering her face like she was so frustrated for one simple question " I need to make an appointment for my passport" Then what's worse is to see customers help other customers while the person getting paid does nothing but being rude. Very unpleasant experience - thank you to the lady who help - thumbs up for her :) this world needs more people willing to help their neighbors.

Have no problem with them except that doors should open at 9AM if opening time is 9AM. :-)

The women who works at the passport counter is the rudest person I have ever encountered in a government agency which is pretty low bar to begin with. If you are LGBTQ+ do not go to this passport office!
