This post office is awesome. I have been taking packages there for almost a year for my small business. They are always on time scanning my packages and have gone above and beyond multiple times for me. There are a couple of workers there that are especially friendly and helpful. It is much appreciated :).

I don't have the same bad experience as everyone else it seems. I've been helped by staff at the counter a few times. Some more pleasant and friendlier than others, but they take my mail and assist me in packaging and sending it correctly since I don't often send things through the mail. They get the job done and my mail has always gotten to where its addressed to. The Post Office is located near a typically busy street which makes for an awkward turn as you get back into the road, but nothing unusually if you look both ways and proceed with caution as anyone should operating a vehicle.

I have had friendly and helpful service. During closed hours they have the self service open. You can get stamps and mail a package. Pay will a credit/debit card.

Worst customer service ever. Tried to mail a letter overnight with signature request. The lady (asian or other nationality) told me I filled out the wrong envelope. This was after another lady told me which one to fill out when I went through the line the first time. So I had to get back out of line again and fill out another form and envelope. Ended up back at her station (3rd time in line). She wrung up the postage and when presenting me with the receipt, she said the delivery was not guaranteed. I asked why as that is what I asked for in the first place and she told me to fill another envelope (same as the first one I presented) out. So back out of line again. Fill out the first envelope type and label and back to her. When I got back to her, she then said, sorry but no guarantee on overnight delivery as it is now passed 4:00pm. I was getting quite frustrated. When I confronted her with all the changes she kept making and sending me out of line many times only to end up using the original envelope type and label, she tried blaming everything on me. After being at the post office for over an hour and having to deal with her incompetence I was not very happy. When she wouldn't refund me the money on the envelope I had to open and move my documents to another one she said I had to use, I got quite upset. She refused to help me any further and told me to go see the manager as she wasn't going to help me anymore. The manager finally made everything good. However, now my overnight delivery was not going overnight, instead it was now going overnight but delivery in 2 days with payment of overnight. Only way I could get guaranteed delivery. Her people skills are the worst I have ever encountered. She thought it was funny that I had to keep filling out the different forms she recommended after I explained to her exactly what I was needed. She even told other people in line after me that it isn't her fault I can't understand her english. I didn't hear anyone respond to her and they looked a bit uncomfortable. One man even let the next person in line go ahead of him so he didn't have to get her. Someone needs to take her off the counter so she can't interact with people directly. Very Very Rude and didn't really seem to understand the customer's needs nor did she care and always blamed the customer for her shortcomings. It's no wonder folks are going more and more away from the USPS and seeking private services as they are more customer oriented and friendly.
