In the last month I have had 3 packages that "could not be delivered". On all 3 occasions, I was home at the time. I received my regular mail as usual but my packages couldn't be dropped off?? In all 3 cases I did not receive a notice from our mail carrier, I got an email from Amazon. When I went to the post office to see what the issue was they couldn't give me a straight answer. I was told my package was out for delivery and I would get it that day but again they were unable to deliver it. All 3 times I've had to go back to the post office and have someone get my package off the truck. Please re-train your mail carriers.

No one answered the phone and just hung up after about 5 minutes of ringing 2hr wait to talk post master with 800 number this is out of hand just to find out something about a delivery

Everytime I go in there is only one person working. She will go in the back and disappear. No one ever seems concerned there is a line. Very slow customer service at this location.

Who is Maureen and why doesn't she answered the phone? Every time I call there i get her voicemail. I would like my package and the 45 minutes of my of my life i wasted trying to call here.

Frequently receive my next door neighbors mail( on both sides). Have had a package lost that was never found. Neighbor had to ask mail delivery person about a box that was to be delivered, said they didn't know about it but it and a package for me was in the back of the truck. So, if she hadn't asked, our packages would not have been delivered. Addendum: Got a message stating they could not deliver a package as they did not have access to the front door. This is a single residence, door is visible from the street. Second, I have been home all day, no one attempted to deliver a thing. Some one just didn't want to do their job.Any other time items are left on the front porch, which is direct in front of the front door that they supposedly did not have access to.
