Hours suck,  and the people are rude.  And apparently the solution to  you have a package and you work normal hours is you have to take off work to get it.  If you complain you will be removed for "harrasment."

My son was waiting for an over night delivery. Mail man knocked left message no answer. Well with paying 20 dollars and my son waited all day for overnight delivery I called. The man who answered did a great deed to call the delivery man and asked him to redeliver it again came back on line after calling him saying he is on his way now! Wow Thanks so much!  A++++. WONDERFUL SERVICE!!
