CHAZMIN is definitely the greatest worker of all time she's the short hills post office super women the way she handles the line and assist customers in the lobby is beyond amazing I witnessed her do a passport sell stamps and help fill out an international form AT THE SAME TIME the women of short hills post office are extremely dedicated T is very quick with assisting her every need before she asked for her assistance she was right there they make a dynamic duo kudos to you ladies hope you enjoyed the sweet treats :) the afternoon is the best time to go to the post office to receive great customer service

One star is too generous for the incompetent, lazy employees in this office. We waited along with 30 parents and little kids trying to submit our passport application on a sat. The agent (Jasmine) shows up 45 mins late to work, no apologies, but loads of attitudes. She indicates she will only take people with appointments, even though the us postal website and other post offices in the area said this location needs no appointment. And while we waited for her to arrive, there is only one person with appointment during this whole hour wait. So it sounds to me many people don't show up for their appointments, yet she refuses to take walkins. When we complained to the manager, while trying to manage all the kids from going nuts after having waited an hour at this point, the manager (Darren) said there is nothing he can do. And they made us wait outside for over an hour to tell us this??? So, they are government employees, nothing will happen to them. If it's a private institution, they will both be disciplined at this point. But I will boycott this post office from now on. By reducing the need for these people, it will eventually eliminate their jobs. It might take a long time, but they do their best every day to ensure that happens for all of them.

Horrible customer service. One of the best arguments ever for the privatization of government services. Avoid if all possible.

The manager refused to honor the appointment that we had to get a passport. His inexperienced employee did not inform me properly on how to prepare for my appointment. He refused to help our situation. The "civil servant" attitude of "it's not my job to satisfy customers" rolled off his tongue effortlessly. He is a disgrace.

Drove here after seeing online they do not require an appointment for passports. It also says on their door "No appointments", we get up the line and they immediately tell us, you need an appointment. Not helpful at all and a huge waste of time.
