I dont live in Elkview but it's a convenient stop on my way to Charleston. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They also have a rack to sell greeting cards. They're nice ones too.

I have to use this service sometimes when ups don’t deliver like at holiday times a lot of amazon packages come there well this is certainly not my choice because usually ups delivers amazon I guess holidays are different anyway the staff there are rude very rude because they have to look for boxes now my complaint is if the mail carrier would come down my driveway like they did for years they wouldn’t have to leave the packages at the post office to be picked up and 2 the office hours are terrible so usually amazon emails and says they try to deliver which no they really didn’t they scanned the slip before the driver left the building and then they leave the lip in the box so the packages is there so then that's where attitudes are started because they have to look for it. They really truly need to be nicer to customers I have worked in customer service for years and they are just rude
