“Saturday”Well came in for the passport as I walked inside the line was huge for the packages to be picked up or people sending mail I walked over to the passport area not knowing I had to to sign in ok that’s fine someone told me so went over to sign in not knowing it was booked for today not only that this says they open at 9 am WRONG guy working the counter said they opened at 7am for passport so I was like WOW so my conclusion is get here early on Saturdays I know it says 9 don’t believe it be here early and you might be seen I give them a 2⭐️ cause of the line I seen walking in but don’t get me wrong workers are probably doing there best to handle these customers and the passport was just not cooperative nor signs being up saying they open at 7am

Horrible service!!!! They told me will deliver 10am-3pm that I need to sign it, I was waiting whole time nobody delivered the package. Then they asked me to pick it up at postal office while telling me they arranged the delivery. It no respect of people’s time!

I am a Chinese and not familiar with how to send a package in US post office. While there is a gentlemen with white hair and white mustache really helped me out. Also a young gentleman who could speak Spanish selflessly help us too. I am so sorry that since to help me I make them finished job much later than scheduled. I will never forget these nice people here. And also suggest to other people who are going to send packages here. There are boxes, tapes and bubbles which you could buy. The faculty here are really hardworking, friendly and responsible.

I had my package placed on hold so I can pick it up later. Waited a few days and haven't received any notification so I checked the tracking details. Guess what? USPS had sent back to the sender without telling me about it. You better off sending/receiving your package through FedEx or UPS least they got a good history of sending my items on time and notifying me for pick up.

I go in and there is no one at the counters. Use the self service machine and it doesn't print a receipt. Takes 5 minutes for anyone to come to the counter while the line just gets longer and longer. The facility is falling apart. It looks like the place hasn't had a single upgraded since 1950. I would not come back here if I had a choice. Don't come here if you have a choice
