NO CUSTOMER SERVICES. PLENTY OF BAD SERVICES!!!! HIGHEST POSTAL FEES!!! DON'T YOU DARE TO STEP INTO THIS POST OFFICES! They will especially take advantage of your wallet. I wanted to give a 0 star if I can. I have a terrible experience with this post office. The female clerk, doesn't even know anything and super lazy. She is the only female at the front desk. I don't know her name, and I don't care. Every time she priced my package different prices even though is the damn same weight. She tries to rip me off. (And she will tries to rip all of your off, I guarantee it). Because she is a bad person. I told her to put "Fragile" stamp on my package and she doesn't even feel like doing it. I even hand written the word "Fragile" on my package. And since I'm not familiar with the pricing and because the post office changes prices all the time. It's hard to keep track of what the prices is. She tries to scam me and up-sale the higher prices items. Even there are lower paying options. This post office intention is to scam your shipping options to a higher cost instead of give you options to choose what is best shipping rates to your needs. Every time she tries to choose the highest prices options for me. Please do not go to this clerk. She is very lazy and careless. She even entered a wrong shipping address into her system causing a delay on my package. DO NOT COME TO THIS POST OFFICE. I have nothing but PROBLEMS since she started working there. One time I want to insure my package and want to buy insurance, and she refused to insure my package. I left this place and went to another post office. She is terrible. She will try to scam you with the highest possible cost as possible. I have already file a compliant against her. But I guess this post office doesn't care what type of workers they have and don't care about their customers. What does she care anyways. She collects a pay check no matter what, no matter if the customers are happy or not. She doesn't have to provide any service to you at all, because she gets paid by the hours. She is happy when you don't come, she gets paid anyways. I fore warn you all. If you do come to this office. You will regret it. This post office is super tricky, they don't post their fix amounts pricing on the wall like other post office does. They try to hide the price so they can scram you for it. NO CUSTOMER SERVICES. PLENTY OF BAD SERVICES!!!!

I like the guys who work here, as they are usually very nice and try to help you out with your shipping. For example, today I wanted to ship a small box to my friend, but the system wanted to charge me $20 for a 3lb box of my own. One of the workers put it into one of the flat rate boxes, which brought my total down to $13 instead! It's not them making the prices, so I appreciate that they try to make it as cheap as possible for you.

I go to this post office every now and then. It is my favorite post office except for one thing—one of the employees. There are usually three clerks, including two males and one female. The female and the male other than the one name Michael are always friendly, patient and helpful. However, the one named Michael is the last person I would do business with. He is always rude and inpatient. As a matter of fact, he is the most terrible clerk I have ever seen in any facility or institution. I guess he hates either the customers or his job. He is always glaring at the customers when they come up to him. His English is poor, even though this issue is not what makes him disturbing or upsetting. Sometimes he even snaps at the customers very rudely. He rarely makes courteous remarks such as “sorry,” “please,” or “would you...,” etc. In one word, he is the meanest clerk I have ever seen, and I wonder how this guy could find a job in such an intensely competitive commercial society. If I didn't take the guy into consideration, I would definitely give five stars to this post office.

It is a shame. The people in the post office are all very nice and helpful. They seem to work really hard and I appreciate that a lot. However, our mailman never seems to deliver our packages and always either leaves them outside our building to be stolen or leaves slips in our mailbox with no tracking number on them. Even when we are home, he won't enter the building to deliver the packages. When we show up to the post office with the slips, our packages either cannot be found due to a missing tracking number on the slip, which he NEVER writes down in full, or take forever to locate. We have had several packages just not show up at their office or be stolen from outside our home. It is incredibly frustrating. We have complained repeatedly but he still has his job and has yet to be transferred or removed. I just don't understand it.

This is the best USPS you'll visit. I swear, other USPS employees are like the DMV employees. They make it seem like their job is extremely difficult and complain about having to stay until 5pm. I have my own business and work 7 days a week, last thing I need is someone complaining about shipping my packages! The USPS employees here will serve you and even have friendly conversations! Their helpful and will not give you dirty looks as if you made a huge mistake. Look for Jin and Henry, they're amazing individuals.
