During my life, I have learned that government offices are usually slow, and I stopped expecting anything from places like them. So I wasn’t surprised to find that this post office follow the rules. My uncle needed to get the passport, and already booked a flight, and the thing I was worried about the most happened, they did not deliver on time. They could at least let us feel that they something and that they really care. Nothing.

I've been here three times now, and every time I go here, the workers are very lazy and a few of the workers don't understand or speak English very well. They're quick to charge you the highest rate, and don't ask if you want insurance. They charge you for it either way. Cash back is not an option, because they check "no" before you can even ask for it. Also, they're very snippy when they don't understand something you say. I watched a woman in front of me ask for her package (she got a notice that her package was waiting for her at the post office), and the woman (who didn't understand English) just stood there and casually looked around for about 5 mins (while the line continued to form out the door). After the worker told her she couldn't find it and that the mailman probably had it, she asked the next worker to see if she could find the package. The worker got an attitude, but went into the back room... and got the package. It seems like these people know they have comfy government jobs, and you're just going to have to deal with their attitude, long wait times, lack of knowledge of the English language, laziness, etc... or drive to another post office.
