Really bad attitude by clerk at reception. Went to mail a package few days before Christmas. Asked her a question while mailing.. She was very abrupt and rude for very unclear reason and when I politely  pointed that she was a little rude, she got angry and without even looking at me, yelled “next please”. It was an African american girl. I am an Asian myself and felt she was being racist and had a different attitude with a white male customer. She made me feel very inferior with her attitude.
I asked her name she wouldn’t divulge, I asked to speak to Manager. She again started yelling and asked me to step to the side and never bothered calling anyone..
Had a day off from work before Christmas and was totally spoiled due to this interaction. 
Will be going to mail packages at the other scarsdale location.

Crack the whip with the new CCA's. There are about 6-7 parcels in my development which don't belong here. Just drop them anywhere as long as it's scan delivered. The new postal motto now.

The lines move slow, the clerks are rude and incompetent, and the package drop-off box is usually out of order.

The Hartsdale side is amazing. Great customer service and friendly staff. The Scarsdale side...not so much.
