Never I repeat never use United States Postal Service for delivering packages or receiving packages if you really want them. United States Postal Service is the worst shipping service for Parcels on planet Earth. Using their services is basically like gambling you're taking a big risk when it comes to receiving or shipping your package. You could throw your package in the trash and have better results on having it delivered to its destination then turning your package over to USPS. Then on top of it all the United States Postal Service wants you to do their work, they want you to come stand in a long line and waste your time and gas to complete their job that they were paid for to do. They want you to finish their job and get your package or you have an option to wait additional days for them to finish the job they were originally paid for. Again never never use USPS for shipping packages they are only a letter service and they can barely do that. I recommend UPS and FedEx they deliver the package to your door and they do what you paid them to do.

Worst post office I've ever known. They get no stars from me. Payed for priority mail 3 days. Package been sitting at their post office for 4 days. My package is now 2 days late getting to me. Take y'alls heads out of your _sses and get some work done. Sorry had to give 1 star or I couldn't post

I was treated in a timely and professional way. In applying for my passport I was not complete in my paperwork, and I was treat with patience and was able to complete everything without feeling inadequate.

worst usps ever! horrible customer service and they steal packages from customers !!

Nobody aint picking the phone up until one hour later. It s lousy service but the worst. They need to get better services on answering or at the desk in where they should service with people for their needs.
