This is by far the WORST LOCATION I have ever gone to. And Jenny is the WORST "customer service" representative I have ever come in contact with. I rushed over to this location to send a simple birthday card and was relieved that I arrived at 4:56pm. The doors were still open, as all offices normally close at 5pm. When I went inside, there was only 2 people in front of me in line. But I was shocked to be yelled at by this employee named Jenny behind the counter, for no reason. She loudly yelled "THATS OUR LAT CUSTOMER WE CLOSE AT 5 AND WE GOTTA HAVE A CUTOFF TIME SO GET ON OUT OF HERE!!! She was really mad as if I had done something so terrible by wanting a simple stamp. Not only was she extremely rude, she also laughed as I walked away and sarcastically said "buh-bye". I don't understand how someone with a horrible attitude and personality could have a customer service job. I have worked customer service most of my life and I know that is not how you treat a customer. Working at a USPS job does not give someone the right to yell at whoever they want. I never want to come in to this office again, but I will to speak to the manager. This kind of person should not be working in a customer service position. Additionally, when a customer comes in before the office is closed... they should receive service. Especially when it is just a simple stamp. I was truly shocked that this kind of customer service is allowed at a USPS store, since I usually have great experiences at any other location. If you see this woman, older Caucasian woman (probably in her later 40s or 50s) just be cautious as she has no respect or empathy for human beings whatsoever.

I watched the supervisor belittle and speak to employees in manner of abuse. She was yelling at them degrading them and speaking to them in a manner worse than unprofessional. She was creating a hostile work environment. I felt bad and embarrassed for them.

Very disappointing service unprofessional and RUDE The Manager Ms. Flores is very unprofessional, I got a call from her telling me very rudely to come pick up my package, no apologies just very straight up telling me they're not delivering because they have an injured employee working this route and she can't pick up boxes! OK so why isn't the injured employee doing office work??After getting that unprofessional call I got very upset and told her she's stxxid, she hung up, I called back and still the same thing rude not letting me speak and talking over me, she told me she doesn't need to help me! GO TO HELL and hung up on me, is this the type of employees the government is hiring?Sad but true. I got a call 2 hrs later from special agent Mc.Kennah he told me that Ms.Flores reported me for making threat's?? Wow now the government employee is making false reports to the USPS special agent's, that is a crime and she should be investigated!! Just got off the phone tracking a package and they transferred me directly to my Mail Man!!!!! Amazing service! He knew exactly what package I was talking to and he told me what time he would drop it off today. Very pleased with my experience today! I figured my call would go something like "Ma'am, you don't have a tracking number, so I don't know what to tell you." Pleasantly surprised!
