the old lady dont know what the self envelope address with proper postage why shes work in post office if she don’t know everything about it

This is the 5th time I have been to a post office and they are the most difficult to work with. She didn’t even try to help me figure out how I could ship my item, just told me I need to write my own label and when I ask her another question She acted like I was dumb and wasting her time. She should be fired, once again I should have just went to fedex from the beginning. FedEx is 10 times easier to use. I wasted my time on my lunch break to go in there for some attitude and I left with my item I needed to mail. 🙄

One lady, line out the door and ahe kept disappearing for minutes at a time in between customers. Rebooted computer twice while in line which took 5 minutes each time. Incompentant and would rather chat with someone standing to the side then deal with customers.

They don't answer they phone horrible customer service skills dont even deserve 1 star

There's only one lady behind the counter and she is super slow. Their customer service should have a better attitude. There's a line out the door. It's ridiculous. Can we get some better service, please? I know it's Monday morning, but Get it together!
