The window clerk(thin white lady) is poorly trained with postal rules. I asked if I could take a picture of my priority mail box with the tracking number on it. She made up a rule saying that I cant take pictures of my mail. I used to work as a part-time flexible(ptf) at the post office and that rule only applies to postal workers, not customers! If that rule applied to customers then USPS would not put a priority mail kiosk machine up front. USPS still and will always have the laziest workers.

I don't know what happened to the other reviewers, but I've had an awesome experience here every single time I go. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, and relatively efficient for a government-owned business.  It's definitely a whole lot better than a lot of other post offices.

They just happened to lose my Christmas package and claim they have no record on who handled the package. I didn't know it was so hard working at a post office. Still haven't been able to talk to a real person because their robot system keeps hanging up on me. Worst post office experience yet

This NC post office is the worst one I ever seen. They sent me an orange ticket informing me to pick up a certified mail. When I came to pick up I waited for 25 min, they have trouble finding it. Up to today, a week later, I still don’t hear from them. I tried to call them unsuccessfully. What kind of service is that?

If I could give a 0 I would also. I had a replacement debit card mailed and never received it. I to pay $15.00 to have it sent via FED EX.
