This new mail person on Brookdale Ave is the laziest I’ve seen since living here. She will not walk up my driveway to deliver my mail. She unfortunately is Not our normal mail person, who is a male Hispanic driver and is very polite and efficient. Laziness is not a qualification for a mail deliverer.

I wish I could of put no stars my mail person puts my mail in other box’s I live in a apartment complex so many times my neighbors come knocking on my door to drop off my mail I called the post office several times about it the last straw a think she stole my pay check or put it in a neighbors box it’s being investigated at this point but I’m so disappointed in usps I called she still so many times in one week still they can’t give me a vaild explanation thinking of sueing for pain and suffering at this point

Sometimes, there are lengthy wait lines. Also, this post office may not fulfill services other P.O. locations could offer. Otherwise, there are no major problems.

Mostly people work at this location are very rude. GET A DIFFERENT JOB IF YOU ARE NOT A PEOPLES PERSON. SHAME ON YOU GUYS.
