They're VERY friendly and informative service. But people need to remember everyone has different amounts of mail from day to day it varies. They can't tell you exactly what time your own mail is going to arrive in your mailbox on ANY specific day. If you want to know a round about answer then speak with the delivery mailman at your own mailbox when he gets there and he/she can give you an estimate. NOT AN EXACT time.

I slso HIGHLY RECOMMEND that If you have a smart phone, that you download the informative delivery app and that way you know EXACTLY WHAT MAIL WILL BE ARRIVING IN YOUR MAILBOX ON THAT DAY. 
ITS HIGHLY ACCURATE and shows a pic of the mail that you're getting on that day. It also shows you kc you're getting packages and when to expect them, where they have left from and usually exactly where they are at the time you check on them. It's easy to sign up for and it's orivate bc it's literally through the USPS website. So its not a third party. It's the people who are actually delivering your mail. It ALSO gives you the option to click "I did not receive this mail" and that way the USPS can get on the problem STAT. IF you DON'T Have or own a phone but do have access to a computer, you can still get "informative delivery" thru the USPS. It's helpful and can also give you ALL the info you need for anything USPS. Stamps, locations of post offices, contact info, delivery info, etc etc.

I've got an exceptional lady that delivers my mail Monday thru Friday but where the problem comes in is for my Saturday deliveries.  I've had their Temps deliverer to the wrong address and yesterday, Saturday, I got my mail from the Temp at 3:30 (no problems so far) less one package that was supposed to reach me by yesterday but tracking showed it was still in Dallas, Texas departing the postal facility at 1:50 pm and then low and behold 4 hours after it departed it shows up on tracking as being delivered by Soddy Daisy Post Office and placed in my mailbox at 5:53 pm.  I went to the mailbox a short time later and surprise no package - We need a change in management at my post office assuming this was another delivery to the wrong mail box - I still find it hard to believe that my package made it from Texas to Soddy Daisy, TN in less than 4 hours and then was delivered well after they normally run to the wrong mail box.  The package was Wrist Watch batteries that don't do well setting in a mailbox during the winter months for a couple of days.  I reached someone at the post office on Sunday morning and they said there wasn't a supervisor there so no one could look into this problem - I've never worked at a company that didn't require a supervisor to be at the office if they have workers coming in too.  Bad call by their Management!

I am so tired of our carrier leaving notices in our box saying they couldn't deliver when they won't drive down the driveway. Someone is ALWAYS home so that isn't an excuse. I had 2 pkgs that were suppose to be here today & I got my little notice in the box.....again. I watch my tracking daily so I know when they arrive. I just went & picked up a pkg.wk before last because they wouldn't leave it.

Staff was friendly for the most part. But they should work on putting the correct hours of operation on their website. Rushed there from work only to find out they close at 4:30 not 5. All said and done it took me over a week to get my package, because the usps driver couldn't leave it at my door. Two stars only because they didn't lose my package.

So frustrated with their delivery notification system. I get notified erroneously that packages were delivered or there was delivery attempt. I've been advised by SDPO that there is a glitch in notification system for well over a year now. Was supposed to have received 9 items Friday 12/9 that left PO in am. Notification sent of delivery attempt at 945pm seriously does anyone know of them delivering at bedtime. Here it is 12/12 and still no deliveries and we've been here the entire time. They don't answer phone half the time so getting nowhere. So frustrating.
