This is literally the worst post office ever and it is making me hate USPS all together. They are always delivering items to the wrong houses which is incredibly irritating and to put it over the top I ordered a pair of shoes from Hanford and they made it to shafter only to end up across the country going through different states. By the time I got the shoes the box was destroyed and these are a gift so now I’m left to either order a new pair and chance them not coming in time or trying to find a similar Nike box. So thanks Shafter USPS you guys are great!

My fiancé and I went to the post office on Stockdale highway.  A sign on the door said they would t process passports and to drive to Shafter.  

Blonde lady with red glasses had attitude with us from our first question.  She was entirely unwilling to help us look up information in the system and told us to “look it up online.”   

Thank you for nothing and refusing to resolve our problem.

I had the worst service with an associate who answered the phone he was so unhelpful and continued to answer me as if I were dumb. They really need associates that are willing to help there customers in a professional and kind manner so disappointed. There's so many people who are looking for jobs who would be happy to help customers Wow just Wow.
