I love this post office. They are friendly & helpful & always so pleasant. Thanks to all of you! Also, I'd like to add that our postman is the BEST. Grandville. You're the best!

Horrible customer service. Twice now my mail carrier left a useless key to my parcel locker at my cluster box. The key doesn't work. I was told yet again that she would come back to bring my package. Never happened. I ended up having to go to the post office again to pick up my package. What's the point of having a mail carrier if I always have to go MYSELF to the post office to get my packages. The lady that answered the phone at the post office has a horrible attitude too. You have a government job. You need to act like it! Get it together and replace the stupid key that never works or STOP LEAVING MY PACKAGES IN IT!!! Quit being lazy and walk the 10 extra feet and put it on my porch like I've asked twice already! Jerks.

Very good - prompt service - hold time ridiculous Your agency should have a call center instead if carriers answering phones.

I was home yet, my package was not delivered. I signed and left the card, for re-delivery and was home that day, but still the package was not left at my house. I called the post office and a black woman who said she was a supervisor hung up on me while I was telling her my situation. I called back and she put me on hold. I hung up and called back again and again she put me on hold. I sat on hold for an hour and she never picked the phone back up. I've call both Senators and our Congressman. Let's see if they do anything about making the post office better. If not I won't be voting for them again.
