Friendly staff but they need more help. Every time I've come here there is a long line and only one or two staff members helping people. Other than that, excellent location. Also, you can't beat the prices; they are much more affordable than UPS or FedEx.

I guess I've been lucky. When I come here, I'm generally met by helpful staff who enjoy chatting a bit. Whenever I've had an extenuating need to retrieve something or mail something, they have been happy to do it and friendly about it. I like the building and the staff. I've lived here a long time and used a lot of post offices from Portland down to Eugene and elsewhere and find this one to be on par with most.

Can't get ahold of them, there isn't even any space in their voicemail to leave a message. Super inconvenient and they don't answer the phone during the supposable operating hours. I have had live things delivered and asked to be held, then they can't find my box. Big mess. Super rude. we need new employees there.

Going here feels like walking into a mausoleum. Staff is rude, bossy, and completely unhelpful. They charge an arm and a leg to help you with a passport, and have no imagination in serving the customer. They help each customer at a slow pace and do not have any sense of urgency when there is a long line. Often this is a stake out for local homeless and they camp at the doors. They can be quite pushy and the post office doesn't seem to do anything to discourage them accosting their customers - one woman in line behind us said she hated coming here because of it and felt quite threatened. I would use other shippers and avoid if you can.

They NEVER anwser their phone. These are some of the laziest US gov't workrers I know. And their mailmen/women can't deliever mail either...if you have the balls call me...
