I have family who live in another state. Every one of their packages(5) have been "returned to sender". I have called 4 times to try and get the situation figured out. Bill, the supervisor assured me he would find out what's going on and return my call. I gave tracking information, my address, my phone number.. nothing... I haven't heard back from anyone! Terrible service!!

A little out of the way for me. But I go there because they are friendly. I've been to the other post offices and well, not so much. I don't like to complain, but I give credit where it's earned. Thank You Postal People of Telegraph!

I live at hunters ridge apts and this is the 3rd time this happened. Mail person marked my package as needed to be picked up at the office before she even came to deliver the packages ... unbelievable you pay them for shipping and they tell you it’ll be on specific day and then don’t deliver it ... then you go to main office and it’s full of rude ass hats.. last time I’m dealing with this place.

Last time I started writing this review I was thoroughly hacked off and thought it would be better to wait a while.  Well, it's been a while and though I've calmed down my opinion of this operation is as low as ever.  For over 10 years I've kept a po box here plus I ship and receive a decent volume of parcels.  I don't recall having problems beyond what I consider the normal amount to be expected, but the last few years has gone from bad to terrible to absolutely aweful!  The screw ups they made affecting me personally are too numerous to speak of here but I can say that, grouped together, they run the gammot because the operation is broken across the board.

Avoid having to use this office at all costs. Oh if only I could get some real workers in this office. They have lost several packages, never helpful, and apparently don't know how, or don't care to do their jobs properly! We ordered our wedding invitations online, and they were supposed to be sent to us so we could address and stuff, then send out. THEY LOST OUR WEDDING INVITATIONS! They were supposed to be at this office for me to pick up, and they couldn't find them! How do you lose a box the size of a giant beach ball!? They said they would find them,  and give me a call. A week goes by and nothing. I need to get these d@*n things in the mail, so I call them back to see what's happened. They go "oh we have them right here." And just when were they going to call me to say so??!! Among many other problems, way to many to count. Lost packages, mail put in the wrong box, no follow ups, ignorant and rude people, can't be bothered to put the key to open package locker in the right fricken mailbox. Having letters sent back to sender for no apparent reason, telling us the wrong amount of stamps to use for wedding invitations and rsvps, more lost packages. If only I had the time and memory to impart how horrible this place is.
