Every time I order a package there is a problem with this post office. If it isn't my package getting to the facility and then disappearing and no one can tell me what happened to it. Or them never delivering packages and deciding to return them to the sender. When I have called to talk to supervisors they are very rude, hang up, and do not give the next step and procedure when things like this happen. If I could give it less than one star I would. If I could use a different post office I would! If I could cut out using United States Postal Service altogether I would because it's useless!!

Not friendly at all. I walked in, there was only a man on his cell phone, I said hello and he just ignored me.  The man was not helpful at all or welcoming. The best customer service is in the Arnold location. It's a little drive there but atleast the people are friendly and always happy to do their job. This was the first and last time I come to this location.

Best PO ever !!! I can't even list all the nice things they did - but most important to me is that they treat me EVERY TIME as a person (and believe me, I'm there often, usually with multiple packages) ... and my mail-carrier is the nicest of them all

I have to say I receive GREAT service at the Lemay post office.... patience and customer service is a priority....I don't understand the negative reviews...some people see only the bad...
