Shipped out several packages and people and the staff have always been helpful and polite.  They've started opening a third window during rush hours and the line moves pretty quickly.  I've had no problems shipping out packages or international items.

Shipped a package which the post office neglected to put postage on (that I paid for at this location), then had the package returned to me and was not refunded the shipping amount. Now the package has been delayed 2 weeks after attempting to ship it a second time.

Depending on what time you go, it can be very crowded in there. Overall, the service is good and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Very rude older lady who instead of being helpful and kind sent me away to "fix" my mistake while engaging in mocking coversation with the older gentlemen who was then next.

I waited in line for 25 minutes only to get to the front of the line and was sent away because I had not taped my shipping label to it yet (which was not possible because I hadn't bought the envelope yet!)Then, in a room surrounded by tape she told me I had to leave and purchase it somewhere else so I could tape my labeI on. I have never been treated so rude in my life.
