Cordial counter staff....professional and right to the point without any rude edge at all....she made my stop TOO EASY!....In and out less than 5 mins....Customer service has automatic doors and a simple hand truck to ease bringing in your packages. AIR CONDITIONING felt nice on a 85 degree day....TIP: Customer service is on the backside of the building.....Southwest corner of building....if you found my review helpful please👍thumbs up. Thanks

Went in with a small box and prepaid label. I asked for a plastic envelope to protect the box from getting wet. The man working at the counter stated, "Yes you can have one for free, but you have to buy a box first." The box was over $5! Not right at all! I'll never use UPS again.
