I've had 2 packaged "lost" or "stollen" in the past week and when I call to get information on them they say they will call me back and I don't hear from them until I call back to remind them about it. And when I do I usually never get my package and have to order new product.

It all depends on who is helping you. There are some ladies who are helpful, there is one guy who likes to follow the rules to the extreme, somewhat annoying and there is one guy who is useless, I try to avoid him at all costs.
