Just watched the mail man skip our entire block. 12 houses! Our old mail lady was Roxanna, she was great! The guy before her and now this guy are just awful. They throw my packages under a bush that I can't reach without crawling on my hands and knees. Repeatedly. I have left notes and asked them in person to not do this and they ignore me. I'm getting a PO box at a different location because I'm sick of these a hole postal carriers.

Worst experience and customer service in life. Their mail carriers will lie when delivering a package and say the business was closed, attempted delivery..., repeatedly until your package ends up in USPS hell. This is a huge business were talking about open 6 days a week. Good luck ever getting your package. Then when you show up, you wait in a long line only to find out they can't do anything for you.

I have most of my mail lost, Its frustrating because I have to re-order my newborn birt pictures.

As a customer and former USPS employee, I am disgusted by this unit's extremely poor service. Every interaction I have had with them has been difficult to believe and ridiculous. They should send their employees to cross-train in other parts of the country.

I don't live in the Albuquerque area, I live about 3 hours away. I have been expecting a package, I recieved an email saying my package was delivered so I go to look at it says it was delivered to a PO Box in an Albuquerque post office. When I called to see if it was there or if there was a mix up the man I spoke with was incredibly rude. He was very snappy and impatient. The customer service was terrible.
