Sometimes there are long lines, but that's just USPS for you - it's unavoidable. I've used this location for shipping, purchases, and getting keys. The workers are always helpful and friendly. Clean facility. I especially like that you can use self-serve machines to send packages after hours.

Avoid if you are in a rush. Excessive lines (line reached back to the PO boxes) with only one person working the counter. Furthermore, the self service machines would not supply postage to packages when I was there.

Spoke with someone in the morning and said they were going to call me back and never did. Then I called​ back this afternoon and spoke with Chris who told me he didn't want to go look for my package to see if it was there because there were 3 bin's he had to look through. Then told me that he is done talking to me. Then 1 min later he calls and leaves me a message that the package was sent back to the shipper.

Second time they have misplaced my package. How hard its it to match the address on a package to the correct box? No one answers my calls.
