Extremely inconvenient to get to this location, the counter staff are rarely friendly and never fast or prompt. Forget trying to call them, they leave the phone off of the hook so you can never reach them that way. Even if you happen to find a set of mailboxes unlocked and open, it's just too bad, they don't care, you can't reach them. The carriers are a completely different breed of people though, they are generally great. If you need assistance from a person who is not a carrier, don't go to this location, they suck.

No one answer phone . I called back and all I get is a busy signal .. I've been waiting for my keys and still nothing . Over 10 days ..

I love this post of they are helpful and do a good job of getting. No long line fast and courteous. If you don't like this post office try going to the one on Sunset Rd Sw. There are long lines and only one person at the counter this is every day. they are rude. I have to go to the post ofc on sunset for pickup, it's the one for my area.
