I live in Norwood and the people in the post office have always been kind and polite so what if we wait a bit for good service I'm willing to wait a few. Great job

The employees in this office are very busy with many tasks.  The tasks are much more important than customers.  Very often there is a long line and only one person at the counter whle others are passing behind over and over.  even worse, one of the employees keeps talking to his customer friends long after he finished serving him while mother with children are waiting.  Consider it the worst post office in the area.  Usually go to westwood.

After a bad experience at the Milford post office, it's refreshing to know that there are great customer service professionals.  We went to the Norwood post office to get a passport and the experience was GREAT.

Clerks are very nice, but there never seem to be enough to keep the lines short.
