The employees working on the floor are actually nice and helpful. Though I don't known if I can say the same for everyone else. My biggest issue with them is concerning delivery. Someone lost my items somewhere during transit, and only the packaging arrived in my mailbox. Whoever handled the package last somehow didn't notice the gaping hole at the top of the bubble mailer! I went to the post office twice after my package was supposedly deliver. According to the supervisor I spoke with on day 1, they stamp packages that arrive damaged. Mine was delivered without one, so perhaps it was an error in the mail man's part? I returned to following day, however, only to find out that even he had previously checked with a supervisor since my package was unusually light. Again, no one noticed the hole??? This really begged the question on who actually checks incoming packages... The same supervisor I spoke with on day 1 also neglected to give me a case number. I didn't find out that I should have received one until I called customer service later that day (after waiting for over 30+ minutes on the phone mind you). I just felt like I wasted my time driving back and forth for nothing! Thank God Amazon was a lot more helpful... Perhaps my biggest concern, however, is the mail man. He has misplaced our (and our neighbor's) mail multiple times in the past year. Fortunately, our neighbors were kind enough to return them to us, but who wants to go through that every time? It turns out that I wasn't the first one to voice out their concern either! I should have voiced my concerns sooner, but I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. This last incident was really proved me wrong. Having worked in customer service, I can only imagine how much they have to work with at the post office. However, if the same employee keeps making the same mistakes and the supervisors don't seem to be as knowledgeable as they should be--then I think USPS should reevaluate their training process...

I had a problem the very first time I went there... But as soon as told the what had happened with my passport they fix all of the issues .... I cant be more thankful. Crystal knows whats she is doing when it comes to passports. I would recommended. THANK you .. have a bless day

This review is only for the passport agency side. Horrible. Absolutely horrible. As one of the few places that are open on sundays, and allowing walk-ins, they can get quite busy. The wait time is extreme and unfair as it allows people to go earlier than the actual opening time. When I arrived, they told me they would not take me, even though I arrived 30 minutes before the opening hour. Reasoning is due to people lining up at 2-4 AM prior to obtain a ticket

Get your passport here only as a last resort! Try to get an appointment through the library or a post office first! Otherwise get there at least an 1 1/2 before opening, and be prepared to wait for at least 6 hours. No joke. Don't bother coming at opening--> They only give 50 tickets, so you go home if you dont go early. People come from the bay! The officials are very professional -reason for 3 stars-, but SO SLOW. They will remind you of the sloughs in Zootopia. If anything is not in order, no problem, you go home, and repeat the next day.
