Rude and insanely impatient employees. The only reason I go there is if I can't go to another post office before they close. The employees that work the counter are terrible.

Terrible customer service!! I was just in today trying to make a passport appointment but had a couple questions. I was treated like i bothered them and, they didnt have time to answer 2 questions that were simple. Yet they wouldnt listen long enough to hear me . In return i was snapped at with a rude remark stating noone should have given me wrong instructions the first time i was in , because everyone at the desk knows what they ate talking about! At that point i left , id rather go elsewhere.

Wonderful customer service. I called because a package I was expecting all day had not arrived at the expected time. Mike at the post office was so friendly and helpful. He looked it up right away, told me it had accidentally been mis-sorted and let me know I could pick it up tonight or it would arrive tomorrow. He was just very friendly and helpful and got me the answers I needed.

Utter incompetence and/or laziness on the part of our USPS delivery person. Whoever delivers to Eden Square apartments refuses to deliver to our buildings. Let me say that again, the person PAID to deliver packages to the shipping address on the package refuses to even attempt to deliver them to the correct apartment building. For the umpteenth time today, I was home when I received the delivery notification from Amazon. I go downstairs to find nothing there. Instead, my package is sitting outside the leasing office, WHICH IS CLOSED TODAY, for anyone to drive by and steal. Two days prior, I was home and delivery was never attempted to my building. Instead my very heavy packages were handed to mgmt at the leasing office to deal with (not their job, btw). This meant that I had to drive my car to the leasing building, load the large boxes into my car, drive them to my building and then unload and carry in. This person, whoever they are, should be removed from this route. If they can't handle the simple task of ringing an apartment and leaving the package, they shouldn't be in charge of our mail. This hapless idiot has been asked several times by management, in response to pissed off tenants, to deliver the packages to the apartment buildings. You know, to DO THEIR JOB and they have simple refused to do so. I've already contacted Amazon to see what they can do to block the USPS from shipping anything I order. UPS and FedEx ring the bell and then leave the packages indoors. The USPS delivery troll just does the laziest thing possible and leaves them all at the leasing office. The message I'm receiving here is "Don't give us your money. We'd rather you take your business to FedEx and UPS." Message received, USPS. Message received.

I would give it 5 stars because it is my favorite post office, but there is 1 older male employee who is very rude to customers and coworkers alike. Today he yelled at me and his coworker in front of other customers over a mistake I made that I didn't realize was wrong (a mistake!). He was so mean that several customers came up to me afterwards and asked if I was okay. 2 other women said he has yelled at them before too and they hope they do not get him when they are in line. He told his coworker that she wasn't doing her job in front of everyone. She was extremely apologetic and nice to me despite the scene he created. He made everyone in the room uneccessarily uncomfortable by being incredibly unprofessional. ALL of the other staff are super friendly and wonderful!!! I got my passport processed here and it was a great experience!!!
