Poor customer service prices are reasonable the ladies act like there jobs are so hard and rude. The dark haired girl is always a selfish snaughty b**ch I had my son with me he threw a tantrum she was just rude kept rolling her eyes while I was trying to keep him content. maybe find another career if you can't handle the public lady. Or go out and get a reality check . If they got rid of her it be worth 5 stars

Very awful experience. I tried getting in contact with the owner for 2 months over a car title issue that was their fault and NEVER received a call back at all! I was treated very rudely by the careless staff especially the gentleman, Caleb. He preceded to cuss me out over the phone for no reason because he did not want to admit to his fault. I buy and sell vehicles quite frequently and will never ever use their service again or beaver county tax and title because of their careless owner who can't return a phone call of a customer who they did wrong! Beware, you're better off going out of your way than to use their service for anything. If I could I would give a 0 star review.
