I sold something on eBay, not realizing I selected international and someone from Nigeria purchased it. I had no idea how the process went and the lady told me all about it. I know I was in there for about 20 minutes filling out customs forms and having to redo things nonstop. I had also never been inside a post office to ship something before, so it was a whole new experience for me. She calmly helped me figure it out even though a line was forming. She was very nice to me.

I wish I could give zero stars. Five pieces of mail delivered today were incorrect. That is very scary. One of them, the zip code and street name were not even close. Wonder where my mail ended up.... Update: Today I received 4 pieces of someone else's mail with a USPS Tracking number. These tracking numbers show the mail as "delivered to doorstep". Someone paid extra for this tracking service and this is what happens? I can't even.

I don't really have too many problems when I have had to mail the occasional package. When I have to call with a question though, they are awful. They always cut you off before you can even ask your complete question, and they will not give you any information until they can talk to your carrier the next morning (even if the question is about USPS delivery POLICY). Also, my local carrier has recently started marking things as delivered even if they are not actually delivered. I have had packages which were marked as Delivered, but they don't get delivered until hours or even DAYS LATER. I'm not talking about delivery notices, these items were marked online as being in my mailbox. I called to ask about this on one occasion. I asked if the USPS would ever take a package back even if it was marked as delivered. I was asking about USPS POLICY, not about my particular carrier, but they cut me off and told me to call back in the morning so that they could ask my carrier.

Wish I could give ZERO rating but google won’t allow it Employees are rude and not customer oriented Move with snail pace and I strongly feel they enjoy when they suffer customers Hope some one looks at this branch and corrects it I wrote my initial review on Dec 13 and I am compelled to add to this again on Dec 30th as this is the WORST POST OFFICE WITH POSSIBLY WORST EMPLOYEES I SINCERELY HOPE SOME ONE AT USPS WATCH THESE REVIEWS AND PAY ATTENTION AND CORRECT THE ISSUES God help us

WORST POST OFFICE EVER, STAY CLEAR OF HERE. IT'S BAD ENOUGH THEY NEVER DELIVER ANYTHING ON TIME, BECAUSE THE ONLY HIRE LAZY PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LADY THAT WORK THE PHONE IS BEYOND RUDE AND OBVIOUSLY NOT INTELLIGENT.
