I called in to check on a package status and the customer service was awful and terribly rude! They hung up on me and were very rude when i did manage to get someone back on the line!

All these bad reviews! Sheesh. These guys have never been anything but professional, friendly and courteous to me. Just throwing that out into the universe.

Commonly the keys dont work for receiving pkgs. So u hav to go when office is officially open, in case u need postmaster. Ridic. Short hours

Your business hours are so unfriendly!!!  I'll take my package to ups because your hours are impossible for anyone who works normal business hours!!  
Yes the one on the east side is open but I live on the west side.  
If you want to keep business, you have to be available and convenient.

Absolute worst Post Office in USA I have ever dealt with in 40+ years........ I truly think that they pocket random packages and claim they were delivered. Always the mail patrons fault never them. I in the last two months have lost at least 10 packages even with the right address on them. If any postal closing accrues this one should be first.
