From my experience, the employees here are very kind and equally helpful and accommodating. The lines tend to get long but they move at a considerably fast rate. Shipping seems to be reliable. I was reassured that my package would be received in the time I requested and paid for. Facility was neat and pretty organized considering it was closing time. All in all, great experience.

I wish I could give 0 stars this post office is the worst I’ve ever encountered they’ve lost several packages of mine in and out someone has to be stealing here because I’ve read all the reviews and everyone is saying the same things, from the way it looks no one cares because it’s still going on, sent a broken iPhone out thru them they never even scanned in it never tracked now I’m stuck paying for and iPhone that I’ve payed for already it’s something seriously going on over there they need to be investigated please!! Please don’t use that drop off system they have if you already have a label get a receipt because somethings going on at this place and I’m sure it’s not going to stop!! Talk to supervisors managers etc they give you the run around, nasty set of people here, rude bad customer service tired of it!!

A sentimental package from home had been misplaced, but stated as delivered in email updates. One of the managers here, came to my apartment community to find the package.  The next day the item was in my mailbox.  I can not express how happy and grateful I was to have the package and that the staff continued to search for it.  Above and beyond effort!

Family member sent me a very valuable package with tracking number on it...  The package made it to this Post Office but not to me.  The "Roguish Bastards" stole my package!  Damn shame people work hard for what they have and some motha-freakin scum steals it! Ya'll give African-American upstanding people a bad name!  And I guarantee you that just about everybody knows who's doing it and what's going down there...  But won't say a damn word! The whole staff need to be overhauled due to this fact...  They are all guilty by association!

If I could give it 0 zero star I would, they lose your mail and treat you like it's your fault. They are incompetent and rude, and donot value their jobs. Very bad .
