USPS in Oak Creek.... They literally send my packages to the wrong address nearly every time. Sometimes they send it to just the wrong suite number with same address...and sometimes even to random addresses miles away. They have about a 50% accuracy rate with me for sending my packages to the right address. And to contact them... you will be on hold for 1-2 hours on average typically. Shopping online is becoming more of a hassle than going to a store now a days since receiving packages is always a really long ordeal of figuring out where my stuff is and how to get it.

I'm with everyone else! I've been waiting on a package since 10-7 and it is now 10-18!! Package pending acceptance.I can't get a live person on the line to save my life! Super SLOW! PS. wish I could give a half star.

I had been trying to get a Saturday appointment for a passport renewal on and off for a few months, so eventually I decided to take a Monday off. I called and scheduled the appointment the previous Friday, and I was on the phone with the gentleman for less than five minutes, during which time he thoroughly explained everything I needed to bring with me. The actual appointment? I think it's more of a formality. I came in, there was one person in line ahead of me, and I stepped aside to wait for the gentleman who handles passport applications. He looked over my completed paperwork, I wrote him a check, took me into the office for a photo (which turned out great, I'm going to have this photo for ten years, so I'm glad he took a good one), and I met him back up front for my ID and receipt. In and out in ten minutes, one of the most efficient government transactions I have ever experienced!

I'm with everyone else! I have a customer waiting on a package since 7-31 and it is now 8-18!! Priority MAIL!!! 3 days at least 4! I can't get a live person on the line to save my life! WHERE IS MY CUSTOMER'S PACKAGE?????Now I will be losing money because they are SLOW! I am SUPER pissed!!!!!!

I drop off prepaid labeled packages(International and Domestic)on a regular basis as an Ebay seller and always bypass the line of customers. Oak Creek PO has a separate counter to place packages that my local So. Milwaukee doesn't have. Paying and printing your own labels is a huge time saver. Like the sign in the lobby reads, Skip the line go online. Thanks OC PO for excellent service. The poor reviews most likely are from people who don't know the rules.
