Terrible customer service. Only one lady that is friendly and efficient but she is only there once or twice a month. (I am here everyday) one lady is down right rude

Awful customer service, the manager didn't know that dvd's were considered media mail. Literally the worst.

It would be a 5 but apparently someone in my house had a letter from someone and its a "special delivery" so someone has to be here to get it and we always are and the name on the card to pick up the letter is k. And then our last name well me and my 2 sisters both have k for a first inital and they won't give any of us the letter because we don't know whose it is
