I called USPS asking when they would deliver a package to my apartment and whether or not they drop packages off at the door or in the mailbox or at the club house. I was not expecting a very detailed response; I was pleasantly surprised when the employee that I was talking to went out of her way to call the person who was going to deliver the package to my apartment to ask her when she would arrive in my complex. Thank you so much USPS! You guys made my day.

Knowledgeable staff and fast service. Only drawback was lightning in the service area, otherwise good experience.

The worse phone service I have ever seen. Trying to get my passport renewed but I can't get anyone to answer the phone, the automated system keeps trying to get me to go to Maryland when the closest office for passports is down the road from me. This experience is so bad I am considering just mailing it in instead
