Service is really slow. Front desk dont speak either english or spanish, which are the main languages in the country. Customer service took its time to respond. Clean place. Everything in order. dont bring guns metal detectors there and it will be a chaos.

The cashier Zebedkum was very unhelpful. She refused to look up the zip code based on the city and state. She said I had to pay .79 cents for label and told me she wouldn't print out the label once I had found the zip code. I just used the machine and had no trouble getting postage. I'm giving a 2 star rating due to the fact it was busy and she probably was tired.

I've used this post office for years and have never had any problems. Whenever I witnessed any rudeness going on here, it usually started with the customer being unreasonable and doesn't understand or doesn't accept their rules/policies. As for the long wait, people should have tried postal office in DC in the afternoon when everyone tries to mail their stuffs before they rush home. Sometimes long wait comes from one difficult customer in front of the line. There are kiosks for a reason. As for buying the box/label at the same time as shipping, I've never had any issue with that. They are always smart enough to just charge for the box on top of shipping fee and can even sell me any stamps I may need. Even when I'm missing a form, they'll let me get out to fill it and call me back without having to go all the way to the back of the line. This neighborhood is very diverse, I'd say that the employees' accents can be as difficult to understand as the customers'.

So I've been trying to get a piece of mail from the DMV for a month now. I can't believe the level of unprofessionalism. The manager is very rude and unhelpful. She basically called me a liar about my mail being returned to the DMV. Even though I spoke with someone from USPS who told me my mail had been returned twice. Not getting this piece of mail is stopping me from being able to work. Everyone I've talked to for USPS have not given me a real solution to this problem. I've called there number so many times and they won't even pick up.

I had requested my mail to be forwarded to this post office from Aug 17th 2016. It has been more than 2 months now and I am still not getting any of my mails that are being sent to address under this post office. One of the mail which was addressed to the old address had the sticker on it with my new address and instead of forwarding to my new address it was returned to the sender. I am not sure how many of my mails that were sent to the old address has been sent back to the sender or lost somewhere.
