I would give the place 5 stars, but sometimes I go there and there is only one person working and the wait times get ridiculous. That being said, as far as the customer service goes, 5 stars all day long!! There are only two ladies that work there from what I’ve seen, and they are so friendly and helpful. I used to hate going to the post office because the employees would be crabby, but the gals that work at Badlands are TOP NOTCH!!

The staff here are the best!  I had transposed my box numbers when I gave my address to two different people.  I called and the ladies were so helpful and nice!  I received both packages.  Thank you so much ladies!!

I love the staff there! So nice and helpful! I wish we finally would be able to pick up our stuff there too, not only send letters and boxes.

Mailed my 16 year old daughter my GPS for her first road trip and I didn't think about bringing/using bubble wrap to protect the GPS, so I took off my socks and wrapped them around the GPS  and the clerk taped it up. The lady at the counter asked me if i was sure if i wanted to use my socks that I was wearing, and i said yes, at least she'll know that it's from Dad. My daughter got her GPS safe and sound in Utah.
