I had a mailbox through My Business Center in Williston. After about two weeks of having the box they closed down with no notice, refund or explanation. I had a package going to them during this time and the Post Office was able to intercept the package before it was returned and held it for me. The staff were very helpful and understanding.

I am new to Williston been here for about 2 months. I have never seen a post office in such a mess. It took 3 weeks to get key to my mailbox. The carrier was sending back my mail even though it was on hold. When I called they always had an excuse and we're rude. Went to send a package a lady was in there frustrated and things were not being handled well. I ended up walking out after being in line for awhile. Went to the one on 11th Street they were way friendlier. Long story short if you have an option stay away from the one on Broadway. Something needs to be changed asap!
