This place is awful. Can't schedule a pickup on website because parts don't work. Then try and call their 800 number. What a joke that is.

Very disappointing center the main postal service center gave me their phone number to contact them about a lost package they show delivering to my postal box and they refuse to even answer there phone, I have called at least 10 times and they let it ring till it goes to a busy signal wow what horrible customer service as I have been seeing all thew their reviews. Their post master need to be fired and replaced with someone who cares or at least pretends to care

They NEVER answer the phone. I've tried multiple times over the course of weeks.

We don't get our mail on a regular basis, it comes late at night or not at all. My husband filed a formal complaint with the postmaster and they never bothered to follow up.

Worst post office ever!! I hate dealing with them. I will go out of my way to avoid this office in particular, but because they deliver my mail (sometimes), when they aren't delivering my mail to my neighbor or losing it, I have to deal with them. They currently are holding a smart post package "hostage" because it is assumed I can come pick it up, and that I only know because of the generic email that I received, that they refuse to deliver it. I cannot go pick it up because they close at 5, and most people, including myself, work until 5 or later. I have called so many times I have lost count, to which no one ever answers the phone. If my office sucked that bad, I wouldn't answer the phone either. This package isn't even special, it has no huge monetary value, and required no signature. I wasn't home when it was delivered and had a mail hold put on while I was gone on vacation. The rest of my mail has been delivered but for some reason, they won't deliver this one. I hope you are listening Thornton USPS, but I truly doubt you are! It would be great if we could get an upgrade like the neighboring post office that I go out of my way to visit to avoid going to this one.
