I've called dozens of times since Friday 9/1 and even got put on hold once just to be hung up on. They were supposed to call back the next day and I never received a call and now I can not get them to answer the phone. Absolutely ridiculous.

Would not answer phone. Our carrier has decided not to pick up mail just cramb mail in box on top of outgoing letter, two days in a row and counting.

Customer service is HORRIBLE. They WILL NOT answer the phone!!!! I have multiple issues with my mail person but the biggest one is if she has a package that needs a signature she will sit in her car and honk once, not get out and ring the door bell. If I don't hear it (if she really did honk) I get a note in my box that I have to go pick it up. Right now I have a delivery that was suppose to be held for pick up at the office but the tracking says it was delivered...guess what?! NO PACKAGE!!! I had another package that was delivered earlier in the day. Now why would they come out to our house twice in one day when sometimes they don't even come out once?!!!

MY MAIL CARRIER IS QUITE POSSIBLY THE BIGGEST IDIOT TO EVER DELIVER THE MAIL! We are CONSTANTLY getting other people's mail, our mail goes to other houses and today I had to go outside and remind her that I had a package. It wasn't small, it was a box, that FILLED her bag AND SHE STILL FORGOT IT!!! SERIOUSLY?!?!?!

Worst post office ever. They never answer their phone which means you must go there. If you do need to go there, plan on wasting an entire day standing in line because they have four or five counters with usually only one or two people working. They people who are working seem to hate their lives and wouldn't move with a purpose if the building were on fire. I don't care if you need to send a package of live horses to North Korea or you just need to buy stamps, you will probably die of old age first at this place.
