I don't know why people have bad experiences. I visit this post office pretty often .The staff is very nice and helpful all the time. Even the passport service is pretty good. Just have to take appointment ahead of time ft least 2 week ahead.

Got 2 stars instead of 1 because i have not had much trouble with shipped items not arriving at their destination or receiving mail. However the staff here has a particularly nasty employee that needs to be replaced. Older white blonde women who has no customer service skills always responds in a mean fashion who does not help explain what the problem is. Everytime she has harshly complained to me when I have packaged something incorrectly and a few times even when it was her fault for misunderstanding. Need to replace her and get the rest of the slower staff to perform their work more professionally.

We got a ton of spam mail from the old owner of our house. It piles up in a week to fill up the whole box. When it filled up, the postman decided to hold our mail. A week later I went here to pick it up and they told me it's been 30 days so they sent the mail back. When I told them that's not possible and that timeline was wrong, I waited 30 minutes before I had to leave because the supervisor seemingly couldn't find an answer. Just terrible.

I have frequent issues where my mail doesn't arrive to my apartment. It's been an ongoing issue since I moved here in May. I called twice to get it resolved, and it seemed ok until recent. Now this post office delivered a package I ordered to someone else's address. I called the investigations department at USPS to locate it, and they were supposed to call me back last week. Still no phone call, and they don't pick up when you try to call. Looking forward to the end of my lease so that I can move somewhere else where this isn't an issue.

I have complained to the USPS inspector general regarding this. I called to get an appointment for a new passport for my daughter as it is required before getting to the location according to the USPS site of the location. When the female employee picked up the phone she told me to come walk-in between 10am - 3pm but refused to give me an appointment during other hours. I told her that the USPS site has listed hours between 8:30am - 4:30pm but she indicated rudely that the website is wrong. It was 2:55pm so I asked if I can come after 3pm and she refused that request again indicating that they only do passport applications during 10am - 3pm. When I asked for her name she hung up on me and never picked up the phone.
